* added files for debian packaging
- the directory debian was added
- it can be used for proper packaging, building the binary package
seafile (desktop applet)
* renamed package
- renamed from seafile to seafile-gui
- don't allow this package to be installed alongside the official seafile package
* add conflict with seafile package
* fixed missing uuid-dev build dependency
* repackaging with cleaned up orig.tar.xz archives
* improved packaging
* fixing dependencies
- a bit too much relying on automation ;-) added dependencies to seafile-daemon and ccnet, again
* updated debian changelog
* removed autotools-dev from build dependencies
* removed python from build dependencies
* removed python from debian/rules
* removed USE_QT5 from debian/rules
* changed license to GPL-2
